need a different size? we offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery. item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. email orderstaralone@gmail.com with your order number to start an exchange.

damaged, defective, or wrong item

if your order arrives damaged, faulty, or isn’t what you ordered, we’ll make it right.

to report this, email orderstaralone@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:

— your order number

— clear photos of the item and the issue

— a short description of what’s wrong

what happens next

once we review your photos and details, we’ll get back to you within 2–3 business days with a resolution. for approved damaged, defective, or wrong-item claims, we’ll arrange a replacement where possible or provide a refund if a replacement isn’t available.
